Networking. What is networking? why we need this to start up our business?
Networking is really needed, because of we are in the social era, so, the important thing to growing up our business is networking.
Here is the text reflection of Miss Vania's presentation last week..
1. Stake holders
a) Originator : The person who suggested innovative idea or spotted the opportunity in the first place.
ex) the designers (fashion / accessories) or EO
b) owner : the person / company whose strategic plan created the need for the venture.
c) sponsor : The company / client who will authorize expenditure for the venture (Family or friends)
d) Manufacturer : People who design and make the products or supply the service CMT, pattern cutters and pattern graders
e) Buyers : Retail outlets - chain store, departement store, independent stores.
f) Potential Customers : The consumers who buy and use the products
g) Boss : The fashionpreneur who plays an important role in establishing the fashion entrepreneur's working environment.
h) Suppliers : the supliers of materials and consumables have a wealth of knowledge and experience about their products (fabrics,trims,machinery, computers or software)
i) Equipment hirefirms :The supplier of hire and lease equipment have a wealth of knowledge and experience about their products (sewing machines, overlocks, special machines for print, knit, laser cut and embroidery)
j) Contributors : Those who are involved in delivering and storing the products (distributors, shippers, importers and exporters)
k) Financiers : The sources of finance ( family, friends, bank manager and venture
l) Support companies: suppliers of service (telephone, mail services, couriers, providers of internet, gas electricity and insurance.
m) Goverment official : Those who deal with rules and regulations,healthand safety,taxes, imports and exports, custom
n) Fashion Organizations : Trade shows (fashion and textiles), Fashion council (British, Us, Candian, etc) textile society.

a) London Fashion clusters
London is the one of top fashion centre dengan clusters, for the example:
- Fashion and Trims wholesalers and Agent
- Fashion Publications
- Retailers and department stores : such as Liberties, selfridges, the high end fashion brands in Bond Street, and the Mainstream retailers in oxford street.
- Fashion Events : London fashion week, Graduate Fashion week
- Fashion education : London college of fashion, Central saint martins, University of east london.

New york includes its garment district and itsvast sector and all related industries
